By accessing or using Refernation.ai (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

The Platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above worldwide. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Members may refer qualified candidates to posted job opportunities. Referral bonus amounts are set by, and paid directly by, the hiring employer upon successful candidate placement — Refernation.ai displays and tracks referrals but does not hold, process, or pay out funds. Refernation.ai reserves the right to remove listings or accounts involved in fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations.

You agree not to: (a) submit false referrals or create fake accounts; (b) spam employers or candidates; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; (d) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content, branding, and technology on the Platform is owned by Refernation.ai or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part without prior written permission.

Refernation.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the referral bonuses you received in the preceding 3 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
